HALO App Terms of Use
Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the HALO App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms upon First Use of the App.
2. User Conduct
- You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- You must not harass, abuse, or threaten others.
3. Intellectual Property
- The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Unmanned Safety Solutions, LLC (USS).
- If users create content via Chats, they retain ownership of your thoughts and expression without modification from USS.
4. Termination
- We may terminate or suspend access to our App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
- Users have the ability to delete their own accounts at any time for any reason.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
- Your use of the App is at your sole risk. The App is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis.
- We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
6. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina/USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
